Subtract $10 per night for single rate
Add $15 per night for each additional adult
Add $10 per night for each additional child
Sales and lodging tax additional

 

POLICIES

Check-in 4:00p.m. or later, Check-out 11:00a.m. Other times by arrangement.

No smoking and no pets.

Children - over age 10 and nursing babies are welcome. Other ages, negotiable.

Payment by cash or check. No credit cards.

Deposit of one-half of payment due is required.

Cancellations - no refund of deposit unless we are able to rebook the room. If we are not able to rebook, we will issue a gift certificate valid Sunday-Thursday, November through April.

Open year round.

Two night minimum stay for weekend reservations May through October (Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday).

Breakfast served at 8:30a.m. Other times by arrangement.
